By purchasing services from Velvet Pixel Designs, you agree to the following terms.
Velvet Pixel Designs provides custom website design and related digital services. Project scope, pricing, payment terms, turnaround times, and included services will be communicated before work begins.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, logos, login credentials, and other materials needed to complete the project. Delays in providing required materials may affect the completion timeline.
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule. Once design work has begun, payments may be non-refundable for work already completed. Any refund requests will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed and the specific circumstances of the project.
Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon for the project. Additional revisions or services outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their website before final launch. Velvet Pixel Designs is not responsible for errors or omissions that were approved by the client.
Velvet Pixel Designs may use completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party services such as domains, hosting, payment processors, plugins, software, or website platforms may have their own fees, policies, and terms. Velvet Pixel Designs is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Clients must not use services provided by Velvet Pixel Designs for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Velvet Pixel Designs may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.
By purchasing or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
